This one is for Knobster who has a 350 AJS Model 16 MS spread everywhere from the bedroom closet, to under the kitchen sink, and perhaps some bits in the garage.
A really nice catalogue with an impressive front cover image of a serious racer it covers AJS models fitted with their famous ‘jampot’ rear suspension units but interestingly they were still offering rigid frame models as well (perhaps for the more staid of riders). The catalogue is in black and white but has artificial gold guild for the AJS and petrol tank lining. Even though it does not show up on the scan it looks really impressive in the sun on the original. Models covered are the Model 20 500cc twin cylinder, Models 16M (350cc) and Model 18 (500cc) rigid singles, AJS competition models 16MC, 16MCS, 18C and 18CS, and their Model 16MS and 18S ‘jampot rear’ road going singles. Their popular road racing Model 7R was covered in a separate pamphlet.
